Establishing a line of credit with All Day Lighting is easy. Just click on the link below to download and print the credit application. Please  fill-out and fax back the completed application to 305-402-0280. Your application will be processed within 5 business days.

Application must be signed and dated in order to be processed. Additional information may be required in order to open a line of credit.
We only issue open lines of credit to businesses. Please make sure to include a list of references with your application.

By filling out the credit application you represent yourself as a municipality, corporation or government agency. All Day Lighting reserves the right to terminate your open line of credit immediately if we determine you are not a business and have misrepresented yourself as a business.
